Q. If I am a Non - Member, do I need a gym membership?

A. To maximise the nutrition guides, workout plans, 4 week journal, mindset coaching, accountability coaching, self care planners, meal planners and InBody Scans of the 28 Day Booty, Abs & Mindset Challenge, participants are required to be members of Freedom Lifestyle and Fitness.

The General Gym Membership gives you access to all of the Gym Equipment used in the Workouts Plans and access to all of the Group Functional Workouts, to increase your results and motivation in the 28 Day Challenge.

Non-members who are looking to join the 28 Day Challenge, can enter into a 1 Month membership for the duration of the 28 Days, or they can join a General, VIP or Diamond membership.

A. Round two of the 28 Day Booty, Abs & Mindset Challenge begins on February 8th, 2021.

On this day, you will have your first Inbody Scan, Before Photos, and Goal Setting completed.

You will also receive, your Meal Planners, 4 Week Journal, Nutrition Guides & Self Care Planner on this day.

Weekly on a Monday, you will receive the Mindset Coaching Videos and the Booty & Abs workouts programs via email.

Weekly on a Sunday, you are required to email your Food Diaries and Workout Diaries to our designated Personal Trainer for review, feedback and accountability.
