This is Nicole, our owner. She has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. She started as a Personal Trainer in school and then also started running her own bootcamps on an oval in her local town, which then later became a small gym. Since then, Nicole has been progressing through her business journey in the Fitness Industry and has now got the chance to open the gym of her dreams - Freedom Lifestyle and Fitness!



This is Lydia, our Reception Coordinator and Personal Trainer. She has a passion for bodybuilding and has been training for 10 years. She loves sharing her knowledge and experience with those wanting to achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. Her long term hobby is competing in bodybuilding competitions and she's always pushing to be a better version of herself. 



Layla is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Layla absolutely loves helping clients achieve their individual goals and supports them to overcome their limits during a workout. Layla has a caring, supportive and understanding approach to her coaching.



Andrew is a group fitness instructor and receptionist. Andrew is Qualified Cert III in Fitness and is currently studying a Cert IV in Fitness. He has a passion for boxing and has been training in it for 6 years. He strives to give clients exactly what they need in each and every session and loves to help everyone as much as possible so they become the best version of themselves both mentally and physically.



This is Bec, one of our Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors and Creche Attendant. Bec has a special interest in training people who are returning to exercise after injury or illness and those who have pain. Bec is qualified Personal Trainer, REHAB Trainer, Movement Restoration Coach and is also a qualified myofascial therapist which gives further understanding of muscle physiology.

Meet Bree, one of our Accountability Coaches & Group Fitness Trainers. She started lifting weights at the early age of 14 and gained a deep understanding of strength, resistance training and athletic training, also while playing AFL for 4 years. She has 3 years experience in group training.



Zane is a dedicated Group Fitness Instructor and Receptionist, with a solid background in coaching that began at the age of 16. Zane is committed to inspiring and motivating individuals both inside and outside of the gym to achieve their best selves.

Looking for a career in the fitness industry?

If you have a Certificate III or IV in Fitness, Experience in Childcare or are a Barista, you may be a great fit to our team! 

We have rent based Personal Trainer positions, Group Fitness Instructor positions, Barista/Receptionist Positions and Creche position available occasionally.
