In our sessions, you're always with a coach. Therefore, group fitness is great for beginners to learn correct technique, and great for the experience gym-goers to be challenged.
TOOWOOMBA GROUP CLASS TIMETABLE:
If you like Pilates, then you’ll LOVE our Core & Stretch classes – it's a fusion of Core Strengthening and Stretching with Relaxation. It's a 45 minute class on at Tuesday 5:30pm & Saturday 9:45am, and many of our other Group Classes include Core/Ab strengthening too.

* Public Holidays May Effect This Timetable
Our Usual Public Holiday Hours Are: 8-11am Gym Floor & Cafe + a 9:15am Group Fitness Class. No creche is available on a Public Holiday.
