Membership Review & Cancellation Process
At Freedom Lifestyle and Fitness, we strive to make the cancellation process simple and straightforward. To begin, members must book a 15-minute Membership Review meeting, which can be done in person or over the phone.
We value your feedback and use it to improve our services, whether you're leaving fully satisfied or facing challenges. Unlike other gyms, we take the time to listen and explore potential solutions that align with your goals.

How to Cancel Your Membership:

Schedule a 15-minute appointment via our online booking system (button below). This is the best valid way to initiate cancellation.

Requests via SMS, social media, phone calls, or in-person drop-ins will not be accepted.

If you cannot find a suitable time, email admin@freedomlifestyle.fitness to arrange an alternative and notify us in writing of your intention to cancel via email only.

Attend the scheduled meeting (or reschedule if needed). If you miss your appointment, it is your responsibility to rebook or request a phone call instead of in-person.

Provide 30 days' paid notice as per your membership terms. Depending on your membership agreement terms, cancellation fees, minimum length term, or refund exclusions may apply. Please refer here for Full Membership Terms & Conditions.

Complete the cancellation form during your appointment. No cancellation request can be processed without the completion of the cancellation form, our staff will guide you how to complete this properly once you notify us via email or attend the cancellation meeting in person or via phone.

If required: All final payments can be processed through our accounts department.

Subscription Cancellations:
For Coffee or Smoothie Subscriptions, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice via email to admin@freedomlifestyle.fitness (no meeting required).
