To request a membership cancellation, all members must first book a Membership Review Meeting (on this page).

This short appointment allows us to:

• Review your membership details and current status

• Understand what’s prompted your request

• Confirm the correct next steps in line with your membership agreement

Membership Review & Cancellation Process

At Freedom Lifestyle & Fitness, we aim to make the cancellation process clear, structured, and fair for everyone.
Before any cancellation is processed, a Membership Review Meeting is required.

This ensures:

• Your request is handled correctly

• Your membership terms are clearly explained

• Any applicable notice periods or fees are confirmed

• Alternative options are explored where appropriate

How to Request a Membership Cancellation

Step 1: Book a Membership Review Meeting
Use our online booking system below to schedule a 15-minute appointment.
This is the only valid way to initiate a membership cancellation request.

Please note:

• Requests via SMS, social media, phone calls, or walk-ins are not accepted

• If you cannot find a suitable time, email admin@freedomlifestyle.fitness to request an alternative appointment time

Step 2: Attend the Membership Review Meeting
During the meeting, we will:

• Review your membership agreement and minimum term

• Discuss what’s been happening for you

• Go through available options, which may include program changes, suspension, online coaching, or cancellation where applicable

If you miss your appointment, it is your responsibility to rebook.

Step 3: Notice Periods and Fees
All cancellations are subject to the terms of your membership agreement.
This may include:

• A 30-day paid notice period

• An Early Termination Fee if cancelling within the 12-month minimum term

• Specific exceptions for medical, relocation, or other qualifying circumstances

Step 4: Complete the Cancellation Form
If cancellation proceeds, the required form will be completed during or after your appointment.
No cancellation can be processed without this form and applicable fees being completed.

Subscription Cancellations (Cafe Only)

For coffee or smoothie subscriptions only:

• Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice

• Email admin@freedomlifestyle.fitness

• No meeting is required
