Coconut Chicken Curry

A perfect meal for a cold night and this recipe wonโ€™t leave you feeling guilty for eating badly!

Hereโ€™s how itโ€™s made:

๐Ÿ’š 2 tbsp olive oil

๐Ÿ’š 650g chicken breast, trimmed, thinly sliced

๐Ÿ’š 1/4 cup Maesri Thai green curry paste

๐Ÿ’š 270ml can coconut cream

๐Ÿ’š 1 tbsp fish sauce

๐Ÿ’š 2 tsp brown sugar

๐Ÿ’š 250g cherry tomatoes, halved

๐Ÿ’š 250g green beans, halved

๐Ÿ’š coriander leaves

๐Ÿ’š steamed jasmine rice
