Heidi Lou is a local Toowoomba designer who specialises in unique, one-of-a-kind pattern design and is a major advocate for body positivity. Freedom Lifestyle & Fitness partnered with Heidi to create this inspiring gym towel. 
 
The design of this gym towel includes images of real body types (taken of members from the Freedom Lifestyle & Fitness community). Additionally, it also includes inspirational words to help motivate and encourage you through all types of workouts, at the gym or at home. 
 
Made from microfibre this towel is designed with both comfort and performance in mind. Made to be the perfect size for gym benches at 120cm by 60cm. Thanks to the microfibre material, this towel is the ultimate gym partner, taking up a fraction of space, absorbent for water and sweat, in addition to being able to be re-used numerous times without hygiene or odour issues. Simply hang up the towel after use and it will dry out.
