Accountability is the biggest guarantee factor of seeing RESULTS! 

We keep you accountable by:  

  • Weekly Small Group Personal Training - meet with your trainer weekly and be supported by a small group of 4 people max.

  • Nutritional Check-Ins - with two scheduled Dietitian appointments, you will be focused and empowered with your nutrition.

  • 4 x Body Scans - with a before and after body scan and photos, plus two optional body scans when you meet with our dietitian, your progress will be monitored closely for the most support possible.

  • Every time we see you in the gym, all of our trainers are here to support you!

Be the First to Experience all-new Small Group Personal Training!

Small-Group PT is: 

  • Only 4 clients to 1 trainer -  limited to a small group of only 4 clients on the gym floor with one trainer, you'll have a personalised experience and the support of other like-minded gym goers

  • Variety - it's varied from Group Fitness and Personal Training, so you will keep more fun in your routine, which increases consistency and motivation!
