Request to upgrade, downgrade or change payment dates
Minimum 7 Days Notice for Change Requests.
Requesting to Change a Payment Schedule:
1. Changing a payment to fortnightly or four weekly payment option, or changing payment days, requires minimum two week's notice.
2. You can change the debit day of the week too.
Rquesting to Upgrading or Downgrading:
1. Upgrades can be processed within 48 hours - 7 days.
2. Downgrades require a 30 day notice period.
3. There is no fee to upgrade or downgrade, simply the notice period applies.
4. You will be called and emailed a confirmation of your downgrade or upgrade.
